SAM Suzhou’s state-of-the-art machining centers comprise of flexible manufacturing systems, 5-axis milling and turning machines that offer exacting precision required by our global customers. This is supported by special processes such as shot peening, glass bead peening, anodising, fluorescent particle inspection, magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic inspection, vacuum heat treatment and laboratory testing.

We process most of special processes in house, hence can provide one-stop manufacturing service to customers in order to minimize transportation cost and manufacturing lead time for customers.

We provide concurrent engineering on NPI to help customers to optimize the product design from manufacturing perspective view, where feasible.
